Lucas Stassin will now showcase his goal-scoring prowess in the French Ligue 1. The Belgian youth international saw his impressive start to the season with our Kemphanen rewarded with a transfer to ten-time French champions AS Saint-Étienne.

Stassin joined ’t Kuipje in the summer of 2023 from Anderlecht. In 32 appearances in the yellow and blue of KVC, the striker showcased his goal-scoring instincts with 11 goals and 6 assists. Strong debut figures for a youngster, who also shot himself into the top 5 youngest goal-scorers in Westerlo’s club history.

With his transfer to ten-time French champions and six-time cup winners AS Saint-Étienne, Stassin once again leaves his mark in KVC history as one of the most expensive outgoing transfers ever.
