This morning, the players were expected back at the club for medical and physical tests after a refreshing holiday. The group that started today was supplemented by several talents from the academy due to the many absences of first-team players with international commitments. Additionally, several players who returned from their loan periods also joined.

Tomorrow, June 20, the field training sessions will begin under the leadership of our new coach Timmy Simons.  From July 5 to 9, our team will go on a training camp to Switzerland, where two friendly matches are scheduled. On July 6, Swiss champion Young Boys Bern will be their sparring partner, and on July 9, our team will face Servette Geneva. The preparation will traditionally conclude with a final friendly match on Open Kuipjes Day. On Saturday, July 20, Helmond Sport will be the last test before the start of the season.

The coaching staff around coach Timmy Simons will be strengthened for the new season with physical coach Damien Broothaerts, video analyst Kenny Santy, and goalkeeper coach Vladan Kujovic. Veterans Bart Goor and Yoni Buyens will remain on board.
