Kilometre eater and now Kemphaan. KVC Westerlo reinforces with Dogucan Haspolat on the last day of the summer transfer window. The defensive midfielder joins for 4 seasons from Turkish premier league club Trabzonspor.

The former Turkish youth international with Dutch roots had already proven himself at Excelsior Rotterdam and Kasimpasa. There, his qualities as a defensive midfielder attracted Trabzonspor’s attention. At that top Turkish club last summer, he won his first cup with the Super Cup and also had game time in the Conference League.

In the upcoming 4 seasons, Haspolat will further improve his statistics at ’t Kuipje. At our Kemphans, he will wear the back number 6.
