While his father was mainly stopping goals, he was born to score. Lucas Stassin, one of the top sharpshooters from the Challenger Pro League last season, has signed for Westerlo for the upcoming four seasons.

Last season, the 18-year-old forward let his name be marked on the scorecard 15 times as a goalscorer in the Challenger Pro League. Not only did this earn him a top 3 spot in the top scorer ranking, but also the title of Young Player of the Season in the renowned youth academy of RSC Anderlecht.

At KVC Westerlo, we are welcoming Lucas Stassin, one of the top talents in Belgian football. The forward, who signed a contract for four seasons at ’t Kuipje, will be playing next season with number 76.
