Barely 19 years young but already 34,700 followers on Instagram. With Adedire Emmanuel Awokoya-Mebude, our club brings in a great talent from the youth ranks of the glorious Manchester City. The striker with dual nationality (Scotland and Nigeria) just signed a 4-season contract with our Kemphans. Mebude is a striker who both scores himself, as well as likes to set his teammates on their way to goal. In 71 games with the young Citizens, he scored 30 goals and delivered another 34 assists.

He also made his mark as a youth international, scoring in every age group for the Scottish national team. Only an international goal with the Scottish A team is still missing, but as a club we are convinced that this goal too will soon be ticked off the list.

In the meantime, the 1m89 tall right winger will spend the next four seasons honing his statistics at Kuipje, where he will play with the number 13.
