Shunsuke Saito strengthens KVC Westerlo

KVC Westerlo has strengthened their squad with Shunsuke Saito. The 20 year old japanese attacker can play as an attacking midfielder and winger. He has signed a 3.5-year contract with the Kemphanen and will wear the number 38 jersey.

Saito joins from Mito HollyHock, who secured promotion this season. He played a key role in that campaign, registering 8 assists and 1 goal, clearly leaving his mark on his team’s play. He was also one of the standout players for Japan U20 at the recent U20 World Cup in Chile.
