Training Wednesday 21 July
Yesterday, all players had a day off, but today two training sessions were scheduled again.
The first training session started at 10 pm. It started with a warm-up focused on passing. This was followed by a 9v9 exercise with the focus on positional play. Finally, the training ended with an exercise on running lines.
At 1pm, the players had lunch, then the team photo and individual photos for the ’21/’22 season were taken.
After this, the players were divided into two groups to perform fitness exercises. The first group did this from 3 pm to 4 pm and the second group from 4 pm to 5 pm.
