Training Wednesday, 11 August
Today it was again beautiful weather for training. Two training sessions were planned, the first at 10:00 and the second at 16:00.
The training started at 10:00 with a warming-up that lasted half an hour. Then there were three big exercises on the programme. Here the focus was on passing, ball possession and positional play.
A second training session was planned at 16:00. Here the focus was more on cardio and physical training.
