Training Thursday 22 July

Two training sessions were also planned today. The first started at 10am and the second at 4pm.

At 10.00 am we started with a 30-minute warming-up. Next on the programme was a passing drill of 4 x 3 minutes. This was followed by a sprint exercise and then the players went to the other field. Here they started with an exercise on ball possession and then small games were played.

At 4.00 pm everyone had to go out on the field again, this time to do various small exercises to train their technique.
