Training Friday 16 July
After yesterday’s heavy rain, the players were able to train again today in dry weather. Two training sessions were scheduled, the first at 10am and the second at 4pm.
The first training started with a warming-up that lasted half an hour. Then there were three big exercises on the programme. Here the focus was on passing, ball possession and offensive lines.
At 1 pm lunch was ready. Afterwards, the players had some time off until the next training session..
At the next training session, the players were divided into groups of three. With the help of a pass-through system, they worked through various small exercises that focused on technique and physicality.
