The relocation to Leuven is almost on the doorstep. At the moment we are tripling our number of supporters. The police have given us the following information.

VISITORS – TRIBUNE 2 (red gallery) – 800 SUPPORTERS (Boxes 205-206-207-208)
Input
– Visitors: Tervuursevest – 3001 Leuven (Heverlee)
Parking visitors:
– Parking in front of the Tervuursevest stadium – 3001 Leuven (Heverlee)
– Car park Carrefour (150 metres before the stadium, on the right) Tervuursevest – 3001 Leuven (Heverlee)
– Parking Bodart, Boudewijnlaan (from Tervuursevest direction E314 on the right)
Itinerary :
1. The visiting supporters coming via the E40
E40 direction Leuven
At the junction E40 – E314 : direction Leuven – Hasselt – Genk.
On the E314 – first exit = Exit 15 = Leuven
Then via the Koning Boudewijnlaan – Right Tervuursevest (ring around Leuven – R 23) – Parking along the Tervuursevest at the stadium.
If parking is full: parking Bodaert and / or along the Koning Boudewijnlaan.
2. The visiting supporters coming via the E314
E314 direction Leuven – Brussels
On the E314 – last exit = Exit 15 = Leuven
Then via the Koning Boudewijnlaan – Right Tervuursevest (ring around Leuven – R 23) – Parking along the Tervuursevest at the stadium.
If parking is full: parking Bodaert and / or along the Koning Boudewijnlaan.

Special provisions specific to the KingPower@DenDreef stadium, Cardinal Mercierlaan 46, 3001 Heverlee (Leuven):
Regulation regarding the consumption of drinks and/or food in the different courses:
– drinks may be served in all places accessible to the public by means of plastic or cardboard cups. In the canteens, glass containers must not be visible or accessible to the public;
– The sale of drinks in the Seats room, the OHL room, the Honorary room, the Dijle room, Meander room and the Stella Artois Lounge is not subject to any restrictions, as long as the glasses are not taken outside these rooms. OHL takes all necessary initiatives to prevent glasses from being taken out of these areas;
– In Tribune 2 (visitors), drinks and food will be served from the opening of the stadium until 15 minutes before the end of the match. Tribune 4 (for OHL-supporters) and Box 208 (for the visitors) are atmospheric areas. In these areas, sitting is not enforced during competitions. Tribune 3 is a non-smoking stand; smoking is not allowed in any of the areas of this stand, either with normal cigarettes or with electronic versions.
It is forbidden to bring the following into the stadium:
any paper material (paper shreds, toilet rolls, confetti, etc.);
cans with propellant or compressed gas;
selfiesticks, umbrellas with iron pins, vuvuzelas and/or laser pens;
It is strictly forbidden to bring in or let drones fly around without prior written permission from the board and/or the safety officer.
Flags on sticks are allowed under the following conditions:
The flagpole must be in one piece;
The flagpole must be hollow and pliable up to 80° and must not shatter;
The length of the flagpole may not exceed 200 cm;
flags or banners with a size greater than 150/200 cm may only enter the stadium after prior permission from the VV.
These flags and banners shall be checked by the stewards present at the time of entry. The latter have the right to confiscate banners in case of inadmissible inscriptions; these banners will not be returned after the race.
The sale, distribution or distribution of advertising or trade goods in the stadium is only permitted with the prior written permission of the management of OHL, subject to compliance with the permits required by the authorities.
The OHL safety officer in charge has the right to amend any of the guidelines of this RIO, depending on known circumstances.
These regulations will be displayed on every entrance to the stadium in a clearly visible place. Any complaints must be sent by registered mail to the Board of Directors of OHL.
